Market Sales - We are currently vendors at Edmonton's finest farmers market. Old Strathcona Farmers Market (Saturdays 8-3) We are located in Aisle 1 near the front doors of the market. We are right across from Mighty Trio Organics (who buy our flax for their amazing flax oil) and immediately next to August Organics. It is the "Organic Side" of the market!

Spelt, Rye and Flax Pancake Mix - Maybe this mix is a tie for "best ever" pancake mix. This time though, it has freshly milled organic Spelt, Rye and whole Golden Flax. I can't decide which is better, but they're both amazing. Milled fresh for market every Friday. 1kg - $8
Whole Wheat Flour - This is organic whole grain flour milled fresh daily from a heritage variety of wheat called Park. This is the freshest baking quality flour available anywhere...guaranteed. Made from a heritage variety of Hard Red Spring Wheat. Suitable for bread and general baking. 1.6kg - $8
Soft White Wheat Flour - Whole grain flour made with organic Soft White Wheat berries. More flavourful and aromatic than its Hard Red counterpart, this is a lighter coloured, lower protein flour that is superb for fine baking like shortbread, pie crusts, lemon/banana loaves, cookies, etc. 1.6kg - $8
Whole Grain Rye Flour - Just what it sounds like, nothing but whole kernels of organic Rye grown here on our farm freshly milled. Like the Pastry Flour, this Rye Flour is light and fluffy with a distinct spicy, nutty flavour. We have really enjoyed our baking projects with the Rye. Check out our Rye Pancakes post!

We also make an extra effort to produce grains from heritage varieties. This way, we are protecting our food chain by preserving old varieties that still have a place in our world.
